Job Role: Delivering the Key Stage 1 (KS1) National Curriculum in a Primary School environment. Implementing effective phonics schemes to enhance literacy skills. Adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students. Maintaining classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment. Assessing and recording student progress in line with National Curriculum standards. Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff to support student development. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT). Proven experience in teaching within a Primary School, specifically Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective phonics schemes. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to work as a Class Teacher and adapt to different Primary School environments. Passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive learning experience.
