The role:
This role will be instrumental in developing and optimising multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns for Priority Pass, a market-leading brand in the airport ecosystem.
It is an ideal role for an experienced B2C marketing professional with experience in multi-channel marketing who is looking to develop a wider marketing experience covering both online and offline activities.
You will support the Marketing Acquisition Manager in the execution and analysis of international campaigns covering digital, affinity, and online distribution channels such as Groupon and offline channels and will lead the email campaign activity.
The right person will have a combination of creative and analytical thinking that will drive continual improvements to customer acquisition campaigns and revenue.
You will enjoy working with a diverse group of people across the business in the UK, Asia, and the US. You will need to be highly organised and motivated, with strong attention to detail, to deliver successful campaigns within agreed-upon schedules.
As part of a dynamic, results-driven marketing team, you will have exposure to a wide stakeholder base, including senior business directors and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working across multiple platforms to brief the set-up of customer acquisition campaigns, including pricing/source codes, URLs and landing pages to meet the agreed schedule.
2. Deliver regular reporting with interpretation of the results, recommending change to exploit identified opportunities to optimise campaigns.
3. Manage the validation of Affiliate sales to support the Affiliate Agency.
4. Help implement the test and learn plan across multi-channel campaigns.
5. Writing creative briefs for campaign pages and collateral, working with internal and external creative teams.
6. Manage day-to-day relationships with Affinity Partners.
7. Lead all aspects of the global email win-back campaign activity, briefing changes to the comms plan based on past performance.
8. Working with internal and external stakeholders to review marketing collateral with the ability to provide feedback that will ensure collateral meets our Brand Guidelines.
9. Manage the set-up of POs and track marketing expenditure against the annual budget.
10. Support the Marketing Acquisition Manager and wider Marketing Team with ad hoc requests and marketing and administrative duties, including marketing collateral management, internal communications, etc.
Skills and experience required:
* 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to digital campaigns.
* Proficient with analytical tools to track traffic and conversions.
* Hands-on experience with optimisation and testing activities.
* Creative thinker with an inquisitive mind, able to solve problems.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
* Ability to analyse data and generate insights for decision-making.
* Proactive self-starter, but knows when to seek support.
* Up to date with market trends and able to apply findings.
* Comfortable with marketing software and platforms.
* Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
Desirable (but not required):
* Knowledge of membership/loyalty programmes.
* Marketing qualification (IDM, CIM) beneficial.
* Additional languages and experience in the travel sector a plus.
* Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platforms.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
* Experience working with agencies.
