Senior Business Manager

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Manager, you will be part of the senior commercial sales team, utilizing your proven sales skills to build new business and sell software solutions to hospital and healthcare environments.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Develop new business within a geographic area and manage deals from 1m-35m+
2. Work with customers to understand pain points and develop strategic value proposals
3. Maintain a pipeline of 4:1 at all times to meet company new revenue plans whilst managing various deal sizes and prioritizing deals using sales methodology
4. Engage with a broad set of stakeholders internally and externally while managing the sales cycle
5. Provide the best customer experience in every interaction with clients
6. Maintain existing customer base through renewal of contracts.

1. Ability to sell clinical and workflow Software as a Service solutions
2. Minimum of 5 years+ Strategic selling experience
3. Proven Sales Methodology – Managing new opportunities to closure
4. Build value proposals - not based on price but return on investment
5. Managing engagement from C-Level to department managers
6. Ability to deal with complex solutions and proposals in the millions
7. Effective Management of Pipeline and meeting annual targets (Total contract value, Profitability)
8. Understanding of system care (ICS) and funding streams for hospital procurements
9. Deep knowledge of NHS Policy and 10-year plan
10. Deep understanding of EPRs and clinical workflows
11. Technical understanding of cloud and on-premises hosting
12. Digital Transformation and digital maturity in NHS & Social Care
13. Knowledge in Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard
