MAIN FUNCTIONS: Kitchen Duties - including but not limited to: Ensure tea, coffee, sugar etc supplies are managed and available for staff to use Ordering of milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc Keep the kitchen area clean Cycle dirty\clean crockery and cutlery through the dishwashers Responsible for all morning duties to set up for the day Management of conference and meeting rooms to meet booking requirements Manage enquiries in shared email account Stationery orders Handling of Post in & Post Out Escorting engineers/visitors Tea, Coffee & lunches for visitors Support Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks Able to support some Friday's, with suitable notice provided.
