* A new opportunity has arisen for a part time support worker/ healthcare assistant in Liverpool supporting 1 individual for 15 hours a week. Following a brain injury a couple of years ago our client suffers with fatigue and mobility issues.
This role will be supporting our client with getting out into the community as well as taking them to appointments. They love being active even when they know they should be resting so someone who knows how to balance this out would be perfect.
For this role you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Working Hours:
You will either be required to work: Monday and Wednesday/ Wednesday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with personalised routines.
2. Providing emotional support and companionship.
3. Aiding with accessing community.
4. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
5. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to work the specified hours.
5. Valid UK driver's license

Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
