Position: IT Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
1. Handle IT queries reported either remotely or face to face.
2. Respond via telephone, e-mail, or physically at work stations.
3. Troubleshoot problems with Windows-based workstations.
4. Install desktop software and business systems.
5. Maintain existing infrastructure including desktop and server systems, network hardware, and telephones.
6. Provide input on IT-based projects as the firm expands and new technology is implemented.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a law firm or similar professional services/corporate environment is essential.
2. Advanced technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
