The successful candidate will have good working knowledge and experience in Commercial Office Fit out, Infrastructure & refurbishment projects. A minimum of 3+ Years Electrical Quantity Surveying experience with ONC, HNC, BSC or Similar in Quantity Surveying would be essential.
Duties include:
• Financially managing Electrical contracts
• Managing and preparing monthly cost report
• Analyse of budgets and estimating changes where necessary
• Carrying out valuations and submitting applications to the client
• Producing Monthly Valuations for current Projects.
• Preparation of Variation Quotations for Projects.
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost Reports.
• Attending Client and Site meetings.
