About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, the Retail Manager will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the dealership manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
You will have significant autonomy to manage your own schedule and priorities, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of sales targets and business objectives. Your ability to motivate and inspire a team will be crucial to achieving outstanding results and making a real impact on our customers' experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. A deep understanding of the automotive industry and its trends would be advantageous, but full training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
