We are looking for Labourers/Yard Operatives to join a large-scale industrial factory in Bellshill. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals with experience on building sites or in industrial/factory settings to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling, moving, and organising heavy steel materials
* Assisting with general labouring duties across the yard and factory
* Operating hand and power tools as required
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely
* Ensuring the work area remains clean and safe
* Following all health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Experience in construction, industrial, or factory environments
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced, heavy-duty setting
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Willingness to commit to a temp-to-perm opportunity
