* Managing contracts, renewals, and payments
* Handling royalty statements and responding to queries
* Keeping schedules up to date and coordinating with teams
* Communicating with customers and partners
* Supporting internal projects and ensuring accurate reporting

* Strong administrative experience (finance/accounts experience is highly desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks
* Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good numeracy
