The role: Engaging with prospective clients and showcasing the value that MCS Group can bring as well as articulating how your recruitment solutions can meet their hiring needs effectively. Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. From initial contact to placement, you'll provide updates, offer guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs deeply. Your goal is to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions tailored to their specific requirements. Sourcing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Offering clear direction and advice to team members on recruitment processes, client interactions, and best practices. Acting as a mentor by sharing your expertise, industry insights, and career development tips. Building a robust candidate pipeline by leveraging job boards, referrals, and networking events to connect with top talent. Negotiating effectively on behalf of both clients and candidates and facilitating the offer process, managing discussions and ensuring a seamless transition for the candidate. You must: Have experience working as a successful recruitment consultant/recruitment team lead. Thrive in a competitive environment with high-pressure situations motivating you to excel.
