K.A.G. Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively on an opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our client one of Europe’s leading privately-owned food processors at their Head Office based in Birmingham.
Role: Procurement Administrator
Location: Birmingham (B37)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 2.00pm
Salary: £26k - £27k
Duties:
Logging procurement activity
Track and report on financial metrics, including cost savings and spend analysis.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Dealing with office enquiries and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
Assist Finance team with ad-hoc purchase and sales analysis requests You will have previous experience working within a similar role in Finance, Supply Chain or Data Entry and be confident using MS Excel, we are seeking a strong communicator both written and verbal.
You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, have good organisational skills and desire to progress within the business and team
