Following its formation in 2019, the regional set up is now establishing a more formal structure to provide the best possible support and specialisms to its sales organisations.

We are looking for a Regional IT Support Team Leader to join our dynamic organisation. As the leader of an international team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT support across multiple countries. Your expertise in managing diverse teams, combined with your technical knowledge, will ensure that IT support services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of IT support experts across multiple countries, ensuring that all support requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
* Inspire, guide, and develop your team, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented culture.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services to internal stakeholders, ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded.
* Manage escalations and complex technical issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
* Develop and implement best practices for IT support, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Ensure the team is aligned with business goals and IT strategies, contributing to overall company success.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth, learning, and innovation.
What you’ll need to succeed:
To succeed as a Regional IT Support Team Leader, you’ll need strong leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance. The ability to inspire and motivate a remote, international team is crucial, along with exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential, particularly when managing escalations and ensuring high-quality IT support. Experience with IT service management tools is an advantage, though full training on our systems will be provided. A strong desire to lead by example, drive team success, and deliver exceptional IT support services will be key to your success in this role
* Proven experience in leading international IT support teams.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and departments.
* In-depth technical knowledge in IT support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
* A passion for fostering a productive, positive work culture and driving team success.
Travel: The role will require travel approximately 10% of the time to visit teams and stakeholders across countries. The remainder of the time will be spent managing the teams remotely, ensuring effective communication and support across all locations.

Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. A job profile is available on request.
