Someone who can demonstrate the ability and drive to ‘hit the ground running,’ be very hands on as part of the team (both front & back of house) and who wants to be part of achieving our realistic and fulfilling goals. This role is incredibly varied and will suit someone with great initiative – A driving license would be beneficial (but not essential) as senior team members can drive the on-site vehicles to move stock and travel between outlets. The right candidate for us is always thinking ahead to ensure every shift is prepped for success; We want the food & drink experience at Gibside to be easy and enjoyable for every visitor and every team member too Our focus is on the future – with our café space newly renovated and a brand-new wood-fired pizza outlet on site, this is an extremely exciting time. When you join us, you’ll work alongside our Assistant Manager and play a vital role in improving our food and drink offer whilst looking for new opportunities to grow our business for the rest of the year and beyond. Every penny we make contributes to maintaining our heritage and beautiful estate at Gibside, for everyone for ever.
