Job Description
HMH are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled person to join our team in Kintore, providing administrative support to our Drilling Lifecycle Services team.
You will need to have strong organisational skills and be a good communicator to succeed in this role which offers lots of variety - no day will be the same!
Some of the main responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Supply Chain process by raising Purchase Orders and requesting quotes
* Supporting Service personnel with travel and visa arrangements
* Maintaining the Service Planner so it is up to date at all times
* Co-ordinating Service assignments, liaising with Service Engineers and making necessary arrangements for mobilisations including training certification
* Supporting customer training provision, ensuring the classroom is resourced and events are catered
* Configure reporting in SAP to track quotes
* Maintain PPE inventory for Service and Overhaul
Skills and Knowledge:
* Good standard of secondary education
* Knowledge of SAP4Hana would be advantageous
* Able to interface at all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
* Pro=active team player, ability to use initiative and display good problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
