Salary: £25,014 per annum (actual salary £10,005 per annum)
Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days to include some weekends and evenings)

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to support the Cluster Team Leader and manage a committed team of volunteers. You will actively engage with the community and contribute to achieving sales targets within the shop whilst providing high quality customer service. Our Leighton Buzzard shop has a dedicated bridal department committed to delivering a high quality retail experience for the sale of new and pre-loved wedding dresses and accessories. You will assist brides in fitting and finding their perfect dress and attending wedding fairs and other bridal events.
What you’ll need:
The successful candidate will need to be physically fit due to the high volume of manual handling involved. You will be able to safely move and handle donations of stock, including wedding dresses and furniture, some of which will be heavy. You will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills as well as previous retail experience. Knowledge of bridal retail would be an advantage.

Set in the tranquil grounds of Willen Lake, Willen Hospice is the leading provider of specialist palliative care within the Milton Keynes area. We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community. Our person-centred care is delivered with compassion and respect for people’s wishes. We have an expanding Therapeutic & Wellbeing service offering Psychological Wellbeing, Social Care, Physiotherapy, Occupational and Complementary Therapy. Our dedicated Business Development teams and retail portfolio of shops raise vital funds to deliver this care.
