A great opportunity to join a fast paced environment offering you plenty of progression, support and training to take your career to the next level What You'll Do: - Offer support to customers and clients on the phone - Helping take orders from customers and ordering equipment - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. - Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations. - Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice. Key Skills & Experience: - Solid experience in desktop implementations (Windows/macOS). - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software. - Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud solutions. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with supporting and administering Networks - Previous experience in an MSP environment (Desirable).
