NRL’s client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to oversee and manage all engineering works for their assets. You’ll maintain accurate data within the CMMS, report KPIs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage a team of technicians to achieve engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading safety compliance, line managing maintenance technicians, executing engineering works, budget control, and managing third-party contractors.
What You Will Need:
1. Required:
2. Formal Apprenticeship (Mechanical/IE/Analyser)
3. SVQ Level 3 in relevant subject
4. HNC in Mechanical or IE Engineering
5. Time served in Maintenance
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Proven self-starter, decision maker, and team leader
8. Flexible and adaptable
9. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
10. Proficient in IT and CMMS systems
11. Desirable:
12. Experience on a top-tier COMAH site
13. Understanding of maintenance workflow and CMMS
14. Knowledge of National and International standards
15. Budgeting and cost control experience
16. Current driving license
