Job Description
We are proud to be partnering with a Gloucester-based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in their Gloucester office, with very flexible hybrid working with the occasional visit to the office and a salary of £38,000 per annum + (£26 per month WFH Allowance).
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing Management and proven experience of leading, motivating and developing successful teams.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Directly manage a team of 5 Tenancy Sustainment Advisers and 3 Lettings Agents
* Overseeing support to new tenants, ensuring tenants are ‘home ready’
* Ensuring the delivery of targeted tenancy-related support and a seamless transition to enable timely and effective management of the tenancy
* Holding accountability for resident support and welfare ensuring delivery is targeted and in line with wider organisational priorities
* Addressing key risks to tenancies and producing positive outcomes
* Mitigating property H&S risks that impact on tenancy management
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Strong understanding of data and performance reporting and analysis
* Understanding the needs and perceptions of different stakeholders
* Management of people and the delivery of effective performance management
