Due to expanding accreditation requirements, the QHSE team is growing, and they are looking for a QHSE Engineer with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. What You’ll Be Doing: Ensuring the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations Conducting regular audits and inspections, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions Developing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice Delivering HSE training and inductions, ensuring employees are aware of regulations and safe working practices Managing non-conformance reporting, investigating incidents, and ensuring learnings are implemented Maintaining QHSE documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and distributed appropriately Supporting the expansion of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 accreditations alongside ISO 9001 Acting as a key member of the Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery team What They’re Looking For: Experience in a QHSE role with a strong bias towards health, safety, and environmental compliance NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely qualification Experience working within an IMS to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with teams across the business A proactive, problem-solving approach with experience in root cause analysis An understanding of LEAN principles and manufacturing processes is beneficial Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement Why Apply?
