About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the TW10 (Richmond) area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes across various subjects, maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students complete assigned tasks.
* Provide feedback to teachers and senior staff on pupil progress.
* Support students with their learning where required.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, youth work, or school settings).
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Confidence leading groups of students.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects.
* A proactive and resilient attitude.
