Base pay range
* Provide leadership, direction and support to colleagues including scheduling holidays, managing uniform and other equipment requests, managing absences and providing a key point of contact for colleagues.
* Recruiting and onboarding new hires.
* HR duties including reviews and disciplinary actions.
* Driving development of employees including sourcing training opportunities.
* Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained.
* Departmental interfacing.
* Key client communication.
* General office supplies procurement and key point of contact for operational aspects of the offices.
Qualifications
* Management, Customer Service and HR experience.
* Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and willingness to multitask.
