What you would do as our Consumer Support Advisor- Technical As our Consumer Support Advisor, you will ensure that all our consumer enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner to help deliver the best customer experience. A key focus of the role will be in supporting with the installation and fault diagnosis of our Smart Living Products as well as investigating warranty claims. In this role you will work closely with the product management team to share feedback on trends and product issues. You would also: Answer consumer queries and provide technical support on all Yale products. Advise of stockists and Yale Smart Security Partners in the local area. Provide the consumer with replacement product when required. Record all customer data on CRM systems. Understand Smart & Electronic products including alarms. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: Has excellent customer service skills. Has experience using Microsoft Office. Is confident in using CRM & ERP systems. Has good time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
