Contracts and Tender Manager
Join our dynamic team at Fresenius Medical Care, a leading provider in renal dialysis services dedicated to enhancing the lives of patients with kidney disease worldwide every day. We are looking for a Contracts and Tender Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, overseeing large contracts, and working closely with the NHS and other healthcare providers.
This is a full-time, hybrid working role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Our head office is based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire where you will be required to attend meetings as and when needed.
What does the role involve?
You will:
* Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, from submission to contract award.
* Develop and implement tender strategies to secure key contracts.
* Oversee and manage a team, ensuring high-quality tender responses.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
* Liaise with the NHS and other key healthcare providers, ensuring strong relationships and effective contract negotiations.
* Manage large and complex contracts, ensuring commercial and operational success.
* Drive continuous improvement in tender processes and project execution.
About You, you will:
* Proven experience in contracts and tender management.
* Strong understanding of NHS procurement and tender submission processes.
* Experience managing large, complex contracts and leading tender responses.
* People management experience, with a track record of leading teams.
* Background in a medical device company or a similar regulated industry is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
