Internal Sales Executive
Location: Rugby Town Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be a key part of the sales team, working collaboratively with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and the Sales Director to achieve sales objectives. This role offers a mix of office-based responsibilities and fieldwork, with occasional visits to new and existing customers. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety and excels at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Support the sales team in daily activities and projects.
3. Actively collaborate with ASMs and the Sales Director to drive success.
4. Conduct occasional visits to new and existing customers, as required.
5. Attend monthly sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
Who our client is looking for:
Essential Skills and Experience:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the tyre industry.
2. Strong administration skills, with attention to detail.
3. Proficient in IT systems and tools.
4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
5. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Additional Requirements:
1. Flexibility to work both in the office and on the field, as needed.
2. A valid driving license is essential for customer visits.
