Bell Cornwall Recruitment’ s international IT Support client (MSP) is recruiting for a talented and ambitious 2nd Tier IT Support Technician to join their growing team.
As a 2nd Tier IT Support Technician you will provide 2nd line support to their clients across the UK and internationally.
The 1st Line Support Team deal with and fix basic queries and the 2nd line team deal with more complex escalated issues and any server, infrastructure, internet issues as well as supporting on deployments and installations.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have 3-5 years’ 1st line IT support experience working for an MSP (looking for the next step in your career) or 2 or 3 years’ experience at 2nd line level (looking for a new challenge).
You must have experience of working with a variety of software, systems and IT architectures and be confident in your ability to resolve complex business critical issues.
