The base salary will start at £22,000 but the role offers Lifetime commission set at 5% from all sales linked to your activity (as long as you remain employed).Expected commission would average approximately £10k to £15k in year one and £15k - £25k in year two as you start building up your clientsHow you expect the candidate to spend their day: The candidate will engage with a qualified list of senior marketing professionals to introduce and onboard them to our Project Hub — a free resource that helps marketing managers scope digital projects. Using a VOIP-based calling system and CRM, they will manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure timely follow-ups. Their focus will be on building rapport, explaining the benefits of the Project Hub, and guiding professionals through the sign-up process, with regular progress reporting.
