Customer Services Advisor
What you'll need to succeed
1. Enthusiastic people who have an ability to actively listen, empathise and work with customers to find solutions
2. Great customer skills means being passionate about interacting with people and enjoying what you do every day.
3. Work can be varied as operations cover HR, Finance and Procurement so having an ability to learn at pace and absorb new information is critical.
4. Calls can beplex, so you need to be resilient, curious and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
5. Excellentmunicator and work with colleagues across the business
6. Goodputer literacy is essential as we use multiple systems which you will be using while talking to our customers.
7. Maths and English GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) or proven work experience
What you'll get in return
For undertaking this role the client is looking to pay between £ and £ per hour (inclusive of holiday allowance) on a full-time ongoing contract, 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working is an option on this role and would be discussed on an individual basis.
