An exciting opportunity has opened up to work within the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health (NMAHP) Education and Development service.
As part of the development of our new Health and Care Academy and our ongoing investment into staff development, we are looking for an exceptional team member who will contribute efficiently to the running of both teams, providing an effective clerical support service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a clerical and administrative service in support of the NMAHP Education and Development Service and the Health and Care Academy.
2. Contribute to the smooth running of the activities of the services by efficiently providing an effective administrative support service.
3. Work within a clear framework of delegated tasks but without continuous supervision.
4. Use a range of communication skills, including written and oral skills, to communicate information to staff, partner organisations, and managers based on existing policies and procedures.
5. Efficiently manage the staff inbox daily and demonstrate effective escalation according to the defined organisational and team processes.
