We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a Young Peoples supported accommodation service in Halton.
We are seeking an individual who is able to motivate a team, is flexible, has great communication skills and is capable of enhancing an already successful service delivery.
As a Service Coordinator, you will focus on managing a brilliant team of Support Workers in delivering the service to achieve positive outcomes for young people, in addition to developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region in support of the young people you will be working alongside.
For this role, we are seeking an individual who will embed the services' ethos and values into practice and seek opportunities to achieve positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence in line with Ofsted standards.
To be successful for this position, you must hold first-hand face-to-face experience as a support worker as well as having experience within a supervisory and/or management role.
Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 NVQ Qualification within Health and Social Care or Children and Young People.
