At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time in-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Alsager store on a permanent basis. 12 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns, including 5 and 6-day working options. Our shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:
* Sunday: 09:30 to 11:30
* Monday: 05:30 to 07:30
* Tuesday: Day off
* Wednesday: 05:30 to 07:30
* Thursday: 05:30 to 07:30
* Friday: 05:30 to 07:30
* Saturday: 05:30 to 07:30
You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Operating machinery
* Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are maintained to high standards
* Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies inside the store
* Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
* Applying all health and safety procedures
Arcus will support you through full training.
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
An eye for detail and cleanliness, along with a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
