Job Description
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Handling all incoming calls and email inquiries.
* Maintaining visitor logs and security access lists.
* Assisting in the organisation of meetings and events.
* Managing the reception area to maintain a professional image.
* Performing general administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.
* Coordinating with the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
