Primary Purpose: The Keyholder contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills and Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
Client & Service Expert:
1. Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
2. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
3. Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
Building Brand Equity:
1. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic and brand philosophy to customers.
2. Work effectively as part of a team.
Operational Excellence:
1. Execute operational tasks as per company directives.
2. Accurately process all POS transactions.
3. Adhere to and apply visual directives and ensure that store standards are executed daily.
4. Hold heightened responsibility as Keyholder for the store.
Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
2. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
4. Work well in a team environment.
