Your Role:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.
Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other staff members.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting. -
Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies for effective teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
