The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multi-trades maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Our client is a leading Housing Association that prioritizes resident needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance on residential properties
* Conduct site assessments and report on property conditions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-skilled trades maintenance
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
