Interior Design Position Remuneration
1. Competitive salary of £30k - £50k depending on experience
2. 28 days holiday (20 + bank holidays)

Interior Designer Position Responsibilities
5. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and ideas for hotel projects. Engage in open dialogue and creative exchange with colleagues to explore various design possibilities and refine concepts.
6. Utilize AutoCAD software to create comprehensive technical drawings that serve as the blueprint for project execution. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings, adhering closely to project requirements and industry standards
7. Establish clear lines of communication with clients to gain insights into their vision, preferences, and goals for each project. Present design proposals and revisions in a clear, compelling manner, utilizing visual aids and presentations to effectively convey design concepts. Responsively address client feedback and concerns, offering solutions that align with project objectives.
8. Support the project management team by contributing to budgeting exercises, scheduling milestones, coordinating procurement activities, and conducting site visits as needed. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of design solutions
9. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the design team, actively engaging with senior designers, architects, and junior designers to share insights, exchange ideas, and leverage collective expertise. Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organisation.
Interior Designer Position Requirements
10. At least 3 years of experience in interior design within the hotel industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sector's dynamics and requirements
11. Confident using their own initiative and working within a team
12. Possessing a strong design aptitude alongside excellent technical proficiency, particularly in AutoCAD for generating comprehensive construction packages
13. Familiarity with design software such as 3D Studio, Photoshop, and Sketch Up is advantageous
14. Essential to be open to travel, with car ownership presenting an added advantage, facilitating mobility for project-related activities
