Assistant Director of People City Health Care Partnership CIC is an independent, co-owned “for better profit” Community Interest Company providing high quality local health and care services in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire and Merseyside. We are excited to be inviting applications for an exceptional strategic and experienced leader.
As the Assistant Director of People you will work closely with the Director of Corporate Development and People and the Deputy Chief Executive ensuring our workforce remains motivated, well supported and aligned to our mission to be an Employer of Choice, You will lead our human resources function ensuring that we attract, develop and retain top talent to support our business objectives.
In this role you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our HR strategy, delivering cultural change and overseeing all HR operations, including service mobilisation, TUPE transfers, and policy development.
As the Assistant Director of People you will be an inspiring and compassionate leader with extensive experience of working at a senior level, you will be highly organised, collaborative and will be required to work with a wide and varied range of stakeholders. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with, relate to and engage with a wide spectrum of people.
