Job Role: 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst Location: Liverpool Salary: £28 - 30k plus plus standard benefits The Opportunity for you… Are you currently working at 2nd line on a service desk, and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due an internal promotion, our client is looking to add to their 2nd Line team. As a 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be based in the Liverpool office, working for a leading delivery and logistics provider. You will be working on a service desk of 7 alongside other analysts fixing IT issues from internal colleagues and customers to ensure the business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations. If you have hands on experience in a 2nd line service desk environment, then this could be the opportunity for you. We're after someone who has experience working in this environment and can come and hit the ground running. As well as this, it is important that you have the right attitude, and are willing to learn whatever you don't know. Ideally you'll have experience working on a service desk in an ITIL environment, hands on with Citrix, AD, and MS Office Exchange.
