As an Level 3 Apprentice, you will be providing all Level 2 treatments to our guests in a luxury spa environment and carrying out reception duties.
You will work towards your Level 3 qualification and have training with the Spa Manager and Head therapist to gain confidence in the treatments then provide these to the guests too.
You will be expected to gain regular clients from the gym clientele and build a client base up.
You will work towards sale targets set by Elemis and receive commission on all products sold and receive free incentives from Elemis if sale targets are met
Once fully qualified. You will undergo all the Elemis training with Elemis which in the future could lead you to become a Senior Therapist with us.
Qualifications required: Beauty Therapy Level 2
English and maths GCSE at grade 4 or above or equivalent functional skills.
Skills and Qualities: Confident and outgoing, friendly, approachable.
Working week: 24 Hours per week, Friday : 12pm – 8.30, Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10-6
