English Teacher - SEN School - Enfield - Immediate Start (Until End of Term) Are you a passionate English Teacher with a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs? Remedy Education is currently recruiting for a motivated and adaptable English Teacher to join a dedicated SEN school in Enfield. This is a full-time role, starting ASAP and continuing until the end of the academic term. This welcoming school caters for students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, and complex learning difficulties, and is seeking a teacher who can bring creativity, empathy, and structure to the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Functional Skills and entry-level English lessons to students with additional needs. Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets. Work closely with support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Support behaviour management and emotional regulation using positive and consistent approaches. Track and monitor progress, ensuring students achieve their full potential.What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS preferred) - unqualified teachers with strong SEN experience will also be considered. Proven experience teaching in SEN or alternative provision settings. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills. A calm, patient and resilient attitude.
