Regional HR Business Partner,12 month FTC - Care Sector - c£50, - Oxfordshire
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an organisation providing outstanding care in unique homes.
Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and integrated HR support and assist the HR Director with developing the new strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:-
1. Advising, coaching and supporting managers on complex employee relations issues.
2. Training and upskilling managers on HR best practice and ensuring mandatory training is up to date
3. Supporting line managers with recruitment campaigns
4. Ensuring all HR policies and processes are up to date
5. Working closely with HR colleagues and senior managers on HR projects
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a track record of working across multiple sites ideally in the care sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations cases needs to be combined with experience of delivering learning initiatives and managing recruitment campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
You need to have a clean driving licence.
