* Prepares data to carry out compensation and benefits analyses, including checks on data quality.
* Supports communications roll-out around Reward topics to the relevant stakeholders.
* Provides advice to employees and wider P&C team on Reward topics.
* Supports Reward and Performance team with BAU work and annual Reward projects.
* Inputs into annual and ongoing budget processes.
* Provides insight into Reward patterns in both internal and external environments e.g. internal benefit take-up, external market trends.
* Liaises with external suppliers as required to ensure robust ongoing processes and high-quality provision of services.
