As a member of the strategic development directorate, this new role specifically supports the engagement and inclusion function of our organisation, responsible for the delivery of a range of workstreams that ensure that the patient and public voice is embedded in the ways that we work. Working closely with, and supporting the Study Participation and Inclusion Managers, this role will also provide opportunities to be involved, learn about and contribute to other parts of the services we provide across the whole organisation and our delivery partners. The South East RRDN team works in partnership with a large number of NHS hospitals, GP practices, care homes, local authorities and other health and care providers across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Main duties of the job The role provides variety, working with people across the South East and the wider RDN, delivery organisations and community organisations across the region. Day to day you will be championing and supporting the involvement of our public partners, delivering events, deepening or establishing new relationships with individuals and under-served communities, and offering advice and insight to our ongoing strategic plans in this function.
