Are you a seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience and advanced expertise in Microsoft technologies? My client are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to tackle complex technical challenges, lead critical IT projects, and play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert resolution for escalated 3rd line support issues.
* Design, implement, and oversee server migrations and system upgrades.
* Administer and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Manage advanced networking configurations and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
* Lead IT security, compliance, and performance initiatives.
Requirements
* 10+ years of proven IT support experience, with advanced expertise in Microsoft ecosystems.
* Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, and system security best practices.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) are highly desirable.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative IT solutions.
