Mitchell Adam are excited to announce their new collaboration with an established organisation in Stoke-on-Trent. Our client has recently expanded their operations, and are seeking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to their team. Their branch has been newly renovated and is accessible by car with on free onsite parking available. They are looking for an experienced candidate to arrive into the role and work closely with their talented finance team.
This organisation is well-respected in their industry, and they are looking for a candidate who has worked in a professional setting previously, as they will be representing the organisation when communicating with external stakeholders. In this role, you will be completing duties that cover both sides of the purchase and sales ledger, and as an experienced Finance Assistant you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues in order to deliver a successful performance.
Skills Required
1. An excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally, as you will be interacting with senior management and suppliers, this could be in person, via telephone or over email.
2. To have at least one year of experience in an accounting position, in a role where you have experience in either purchase or sales ledger responsibilities.
