Where: Our Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area.
When:We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours:On average 42 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday 19:00pm - 07:00am.
Salary: £12.00 per hour.

About the role:
* Service Desk Support
* General enquiries.
* Ad hoc cover requests & change of service hours.
* Service dissatisfaction process management.
* Incident & Alarm Activation Management & Escalation.
* Colleague Attendance, Absence, Safety monitoring and escalation.
3rd Party Suppliers:
* Raising purchase orders against an approved supplier list.
* Performance management and reporting.
Customer & Business Management Information & Administration:
* Contracts and notice periods.
* Unallocated report.
* Weekly variance report.
* Decommissions – SA09.
* New contracts – NBE.
* Public holiday cover process.
* Access Control – National Support & Command Centre.
What we need from you:
Experience
* Call centre / control centre / customer service experience are a distinct advantage.
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
* Other appropriate professional qualifications.
About you:
* A business brand ambassador passionate about people and customer service.
* Takes ownership – is pro-active with a can-do attitude.
* Confident, calm, organised, and detailed.
* An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels.
* Competent with the complete suite of Microsoft software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Self-learning desire.
