We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Colleague Business Analyst Advisory Services SME (12 Month - FTC) to join the Service Operations and Security Team. The role will assist in providing first contact support, deeper technical support and onsite support to NHS Property Services staff, working closely with colleagues to ensure the appropriate and efficient delivery of business systems and services. We're offering up to £34k DOE, along with flexible working. About the role: The role will report to the Service Operations Lead, the Senior Colleague Support Analyst will support the Service Operations Lead with the day to day operation of the Colleague Support Services function. Liaison with multiple suppliers and third parties will be fundamental to the role, sometimes dealing with difficult, sensitive or conflicting operational issues. You Will : Create and keep updated the Standard Operating procedures and processes to ensure that all procedures adopted by the Digital and Data teams are kept up to date Assist and contribute, ensuring all supporting process's, and documentation across the Colleague Support Services function are maintained and adhered to without exception by the Colleague Support Analysts Work with colleagues, suppliers and Local Service Providers to ensure quality of service to all NHSPS staff. In-depth investigation of hardware and application issues, remote monitoring of site networks, and infrastructure, proactive remote checks and maintenance Build and configuration of hardware to aid the successful onboarding of colleagues into the business Resolve problems with operational software, hardware and systems. Provide expert advice and guidance to the organisation in connection with hardware, software, local and wide area networking matters. What you will bring to the role: Must possess a minimum of 1 years of experience in the similar field In-depth understanding of computer programs and hardware Experience diagnosing desktop hardware and related peripherals Networking fundamentals & Microsoft Products Suite SCCM/InTune device builds Competent in customer relationship management and task management solutions ITIL 4 Foundation Curiosity, general interest, and ability to see the big picture is essential We are an organisation with a passion for giving back.
