Role Overview As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, optimising, and managing paid Amazon ad campaigns while crafting strategies to meet client KPIs. This role also includes creating compelling Amazon content and refining organic product listings when needed. Strong client-facing skills are essential, as you’ll lead performance calls and keep clients updated on progress. You’ll be joining a talented team with many opportunities to share expertise. Use of Amazon Programs: Utilise tools like Vine and Virtual Product Bundles to enhance marketing efforts. Strategic Planning: Advise clients on strategy and make recommendations aligned with their goals. Research: Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research for effective ad targeting. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and create client reports. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues with campaigns or listings, such as product suspensions. Listing Optimisation: Improve product visibility and rankings organically. Content Creation: Develop Brand Stores, A Content, and work with designers for campaign assets. Industry Awareness: Keep updated on Amazon’s latest features and trends. Support Business Development: Assist with proposals and audits to grow accounts. Collaborative Work: Work closely with account managers, product managers, and content teams. Candidate Requirements Agency Experience: Experience in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients. Amazon Expertise: Experience with Amazon PPC and organic listing optimisation. Platform Knowledge: Familiar with Amazon’s platform (Seller Central & Vendor Central), ad console, and best practices. Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio. Communication & Copywriting: Excellent communication and copywriting skills for reports and listings. Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills to manage various tasks.
