Account Executive Bristol / HybridSalary £competitive We’re on the hunt for our next extraordinary Account Executive to join our small, but perfectly formed, communications agency at the Paintworks in Bristol. You’ll be essential to the smooth running of our agency and keen to crack on with a whole pile of tasks - no job will be too big or too small for you. You’ll have an incredible eye for detail, be eager to learn and happy getting stuck in. If you have worked in an agency before, great, but if not, it doesn’t matter - what does is your attitude, aptitude to support the team and enthusiasm for developing a career in client service, where we delight our clients in their communications campaigns (whether that’s internally for their employees or external, for their customers). About you: As mentioned, it’s really important to us, you’ll have great attention to detail. You’ll need it for proof-reading, checking client collateral and managing project delivery. Hyper-organised. You will be spinning lots of plates. You’ll work to deadlines and need to be able to manage your time. So being organised and able to prioritise is integral. The ability to conduct research; collate information and form reports and opinions based on your findings. Team player. You will work closely with the rest of the Client Service team, as well as our creative and digital teams. You’ll work together to get the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll be a brilliant communicator. The ultimate role of someone in Client Service is delivering for our clients, so you will build a rapport with them, as well as the other stakeholders you need to do that (so that could be internal teams, suppliers, anyone that is going to help get the doing, done). This is equal amounts of listening, talking and writing. And it doesn’t quite go without saying, because here it is, but you’ll be proficient in the Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Any experience in Google Analytics, Survey Monkey, content management systems, email platforms is a plus, but definitely not essential. The perks In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll also get 25 days’ holiday, your own training and development budget to spend as you wish and a biscuit tin that just never seems to be empty. And lots more we can tell you about when we meet… To apply, please click the apply button to send a covering letter along with your CV and salary expectations. Good luck.
