We are looking for a Branch Assistant to join our long-standing Denmans Melksham Branch, Working Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30 or 07:30 - 17:00.
As a Branch Assistant, you will be supporting across the team with carrying out Warehouse & Customer support duties, from picking orders ready for collection, to taking a phone calls about stock availability, to then finalising and processing orders.
Ideally, you will come from a Retail or Customer Service background, with the ability to support in sales activities and ensure a great serviceis provided for every single customer.

Skills Set for Success:
* Customer Service: Experience working in a customer facing role, and able to demonstrate great service provided for repeat business
* Communication: The ability to ask questions and provide information effectively across different stakeholders e.g. Colleagues, customers & Suppliers
* Stock Management: Experience from a Retail or wholesale stock environment, with proven ability to pick & Pack orders or to book in and organise goods in to store/branch
